For me, CASE has opened doors to leadership roles, introduced me to amazing mentors, many of whom I now call friends, and increased my confidence as a teacher of science amidst a school environment that doesn’t necessarily prioritize the importance of science at the elementary level.
Maybe, to you, the benefits of CASE membership also include how CASE relentlessly champions equitable, accessible science for all students in California. Science is on the Dashboard in part because of the work of CASE. Or how CASE offers opportunities for professional development, field trip experiences, and networking events.
Maybe it's access to resources and lesson ideas for students. I love how CASE recognizes the great work of educators through our awards programs.
And, of course, there is the annual CASE Conference; a place to be inspired and inspiring!
Through our membership in CASE, we support each other through challenging times, remind each other of the greatness of educators, and never forget who matters most: the students. CASE membership benefits continue to grow.
