Region 2 Update: Spring 2023

By Jennifer Mutch,  CASE Region 2 Director

It’s that time of the year when many of our students, teachers and administrators in Region 2 (and across the state) are gearing up for their annual Science Fairs. Many have continued with the tradition of the large Science and Engineering Fair like the one of the largest that’s held every March in Silicon Valley, the “Synopsis Science and Technology Championship” hosted by the Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair Association. The other large Science and Engineering Fair that happens in Region 2 is the “Solano County Science and Engineering Fair” which includes an Engineering Challenge as part of the event. Other County Offices of Education and School Districts have shifted their focus towards holding STEM Expos, STEAM Fairs, Solutionary Fairs, Innovation Expos, and more! We wish all of the students, teachers, administrators and families all of the best during these exciting events.

Have you heard that there will be a CASE Spring Conference right here in the Bay Area?
